We offer weekly group classes on Monday nights at Apotheka in Ruddington and Thursday nights at Weavers' Place in Lady Bay. These classes run from 5:45PM - 7:15PM. I also offer a slot after this, that is available to be booked for students who would like to have a private/121 class, or for small group bookings (2-4 students). This slot runs from 7:30PM - 9PM, after the group class, at each location. If you would like to book a private/121 class in the comfort of your own home, or a wedding day yoga class/bridal package, then please contact me to arrange this. These classes can't be booked online.
