Whatever your needs, there is a class to suit you. Have a look at the types of classes that we run below.
121/Small Group Yoga
Sometimes we all need a bit more individual support or just can't get to a regular class. Our 121 and Small Group classes are £40 for the first student and £20 per additional student, up to 5 in a group. All classes run for 90 minutes. Get in touch to see how a personalised tuition can help you.
FAQs
-
What You NeedCome along in comfortable clothing and bring something warm for relaxation at the end of the session. Long hair will be better tied back and please keep to minimal jewellery so that it doesn’t restrict your practice. We work in bare feet, but yoga socks are fine to wear. If you have your own mat, blocks or straps, please bring these along. There is a limited amount of spare kit, so you’re welcome to borrow any equipment you may need, just confirm when booking.
-
Injuries & PregnancyIf you have an injury but feel you are able to come to class, please let me know before the class starts, so that I can make any adjustments that you may need. If you are pregnant and thinking of starting yoga, there are some wonderful pregnancy yoga classes that you'll find on www.bwy.com and I would welcome you to continue your practice with us down the line.
-
Eating & DrinkingIdeally you shouldn't eat within 2 hours before class starts. You are welcome to bring a drink of water along with you, but be mindful not to be uncomfortably full with water when practising.

Arriving To ClassClasses start prompt, so please allow enough time to get yourself settled and ready to begin. Ahead of your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can meet and carry out a quick health questionnaire to make sure you are practising the right way for you.

What To Expect From A Hatha ClassWe will start by taking a little time to adjust from your busy day before entering in to this time that's just for you. This will be followed by exploring a few postures, which will evolve if you're attending a general class and can be tailored to your individual needs for small group and individual classes. For example, at a team building event, we might use postures that are uplifting and energising, but for a wedding day we will work with postures that are calming and grounding. All classes end with some reflective relaxation time before we rejoin the world.
